I just moved to New York in March and due to the pandemic, I was lost with how I was going to get my laundry done. I never did laundry and admire the services that are offered from companies that do. I had my assistant to look up laundry services and she couldn't find one. Then I stumbled across Woodfield Laundromat Express!!!! The driver was so polite and absolutely handsome! His customer service was beyond impeccable and I received a 24 hour turnaround for my laundry. They are clean and smell exceptionally good!!! I am so thankful for this laundry express company and this is the first grandeur experience I have had from laundry company in a while!! THANK YOU WOODFIELD LAUNDROMAT EXPRESS!!!!! Keep the driver, he is hot! ;-)

I have gone to this laundry several times before and one thing I really like about this place is that they have real time cameras to check online how busy the laundry mat is. This is especially good if you like to avoid the crowd, like me. I found this really useful during times I had to do my own laundry & wanted peace of mind. The laundry mat uses a card system to wash and dry your clothes, you buy a card to use and then fill money on the card. They prices on the washing machines are decent and they have different sizes. Another nice perk about this place is that if you do washing there, then the drying machines are free of cost. One of the last things that is very convenient is their hours, they are opened until very late and this can be helpful for many who work late. There is also a snack/drink machine on premises & the prices are very affordable. For the most part the establishment is clean and staff is always present to help. There is also tv's around the laundry mat for entertainment. I would recommend this place to other, just follow my tips! *They have a huge parking lot next to the laundry mat specially for customers*. The area is very tranquil and safe.

Dropped off clothes, employee was pleasant, was in and out in a few minutes, and clothes will be ready tomorrow which I thought they would take longer because I'm sure they're busy and I dropped off MANY pounds! Plus I got to see the laundromat in person which there are a lot of machines/dryers and they're newer. It wasn't crowded at all (was there about 2:45 on a Thursday), and it was very clean. In addition, the location is great with good parking; I meant to check the prices for machines as this may be my new spot. Lastly, they offer livestream of the laundromat on their website so you can literally see for yourself if it's crowded and that is beautiful! UPDATE: I've dropped clothes off here several times and staff remains pleasant, clothes are washed and dried according to my needs (i.e, dry on medium), and they fold way better than I do! When I do my own laundry I go to a different place, and because they were only about $1/lb , I recently let them do a small bag. Well, I got what I paid for there I guess and won't be going that cheaper route anymore! They just folded clothes in half and whatever products they used left me itchy, so Woodfield Laundromat will remain my go to for drop-off service...great and proper folding, and no itching! Update: went to actually wash my own clothes today to save money; machines are nice, dryers get very hot on high, actually could've used 8 less minutes if it weren't for all my jeans and towels. Their washing machines are expensive, but you get free drying with them, so I think they hike up the price to cover that. For example, I spent $8.50 on a machine that's $5.75 at my usual spot and I would've only spent $2.50 on 2 dryers for those clothes, but it's all good. They have AC which was nice, and note that their machines use cards that are $2 to buy, which I don't like because if that's what you have to use, cards should be free.

I met my buddy Johnny, that’s what I call him lol in 2018 when I decided to try laundry service. Johnny is the nicest young men you will ever met. Very accommodating and professional. Over the years I have actually developed a friendship with Johnny. I couldn’t ask for a better person to entrust with this service!

We were pleased with the overall experience. It's clean, good washers and dryers. There's parking as well. Prices are fair and free drying is a plus. Lorena is very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place.

Ive been coming here for years and I have always had a fantastic experience at Woodfield Laundromat! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. The facility is spotless and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the cleanliness. One of the best features is that you can check if it's busy on their livestream, which is a huge convenience and saves time. Overall, the service was excellent, and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and reliable laundromat!
